Technical Recruiter Intern Job Description : 1. Creating a pipeline of Subject Matter Experts for various technical and non-technical skills. 2. Ensure that SMEs retain with us. 3. Coordinating with Project Managers to know the requirements for SME and brief it to the new joinees. 4. Checking and Ensuring the Questions quality of the SMEs and checking their availability as well. 5. Contribute to other operational tasks of the talent team and bring forth new ideas and strategies for the growth of the team and company. 6. Taking Feedback from SMEs i.e. work as SMEs relationship manager. 7. Handle a team of new members, solving their issues in the way of recruitment.
