Lead: Customer Experience Strategist And Brand Manager
Promo lanka HoldingsWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager for the latest Experience centre that is to be launched for the Horeca Industry in Sri Lanka. The role will require developing and implementing a brand strategy for our experience centre that sells Dining, Serving and Living products and Commercial kitchen and laundry solutions to the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Hospitality industry and knowledge of OS&E products and commercial kitchen solutions. This role will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing the budget for the experience centre, and conducting market research to stay current on industry trends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
◉ Create an environment for superior customer experience through the experience center.
◉Managing all activities pertaining to the experience center including arranging of showcase products in collaboration with the sales team.
◉ Develop and implement a strategy for creating new experiences using OS&E products in the HORECA segment.
◉Manage events and experience activities in collaboration with the key account managers and responsible for execution which includes planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
◉ Responsible for featuring products as per the SOPs and objectives of the sales function which includes display management, brand recognition and SOP for sale and display.
◉ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential opportunities for product innovation and development
◉ Design and develop concepts in collaboration with account managers to promote HORECA.
◉ Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
◉ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards including sensory management.
◉ Create and manage a project plan for the development and launch of new HORECA experiences
◉ Monitor and analyze the performance of new HORECA experiences to identify areas for improvement.
◉ Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the HORECA segment.
QUALIFICATIONS & CRITERIA REQUIRED
◉ Dynamic & energetic personality with ‘go-getter attitude’ & ready to deliver results on stretched challenges and targets.
◉ Very high level of managerial skills and project/event management and high competency in planning and organizing and equipped with product development, innovation experience and Creativity and problem-solving ability
◉ A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, hospitality management, or design.
◉ 2-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
◉ Reliable, trustworthy, and strong values including ethics.
◉ Technology savvy and ability to operate on digital platforms such as office 365 applications.
◉ Ability to pay attention to details, ability to multitask and strong time management skills
◉ Fluent in English & Sinhala oral, Verbal communications and additional languages will be an added advantage.
