In House Recruitment Position - Audit of Staff Files - As per defined Process (work from home!)
We have 1 vacancy for an internal HR co-ordinator for our own company. No Selling required. No target income. Check and audit staff files as per UK labour requirement (training will be given). Over the next 12 months we are looking to hire 40+ staff in the U.K.
We want candidates that have a good telephone manner, able to articulate, maintain candidate data and logs, socialable and humour is an advantage.

- Audit employee files as per company policy
- Check and maintain training logs
- On line filing of employee documents (process will be shown)
- Follow-up with employees to obtain missing documents
- Work with your counterpart who is based in Sri Lanka (via Teams/Skype etc)
Job Requirements :
- Full qualification in Human Resources Management or other professional qualifications.
- Proven experience as a HR Specialist
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites required.
- Good written and verbal communications skills (must be fluent in written and spoken English which will be tested).
- Strong interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude and a pleasant personality is a must.
- The selected candidate will be expected to work from 13:00 to 22:00 to align to operational requirements. This will differ when conatct to the U.K is not required. Workdays are from Monday to Friday. However, there may be occasions where urgent demands will require individuals to work later hours.
