Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR records with accuracy.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Facilitate recruitment efforts by posting job openings and managing applicant screenings.
- Ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Help with employee inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Participate in organizing and coordinating HR programs and initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth HR operation.
Requiremnets
- Graduation in Human Resources from any reputed institution.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
