Our Client a leading ICT Systems and Solutions Integrator, being a strategic front-runner of the concept of digital Integrated Solutions in Sri Lanka’s ICT sector. They have a strong focus on the areas of Strategic agile, Digital Solutions such as; Systems Integration Services, Geographical Information systems based Software solutions, Information security solutions, Data Analytics, Infrastructure Solutions, ERP Solutions and IT Resource Outsourcing targeting – Banking, Telecommunications, Government and Enterprise sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and challenges in the BFSI sector.
- Work with principal vendors to take the right solution which solves business issues of the client.
- Conduct detailed demonstrations of our BFSI solutions, highlighting features and benefits relevant to each client.
- Collaborate with the sales teams and backend solution providers to prepare compelling proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation strategies.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, answering queries and resolving concerns related to system integration.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in BFSI technologies and system integration, suggesting improvements and new solutions..
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of product capabilities and limitations.
- Gather client feedback post-engagement to enhance future product development and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in a presales role within the BFSI application domain.
- Strong understanding of BFSI applications and system integration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for effective client interactions and proposal development.
- Proficient in delivering engaging and informative product demonstrations.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and devise suitable solutions.
- Team player with the ability to work seamlessly with sales and technical teams.
- A good understanding of the operations and processes of the BFSI sector.
- Experience working with a System Integrator or Solution Provider, and Tenders and RFPs.
- Experience with Sales/ Presales experience and the Banking sector would be an added advantage.
