We are in search of a talented and reliable YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team. As a Designer with us, you will be responsible for crafting thumbnails that engage viewers and boost click-through rates.

Responsibilities:

• Have a strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm.
• Create Thumbnails to maximize CTR.
• Create on-screen visuals that build the Story.
• Ability to conceptualize complex ideas and turn them into photos.
• Assist with copywriting and editing a variety of content across mediums that include: Branding, Social media posts, and Presentations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your previous graphic design and thumbnail work.
• Creative thinking and ability to come up with fresh and original design ideas.
• Familiarity with social media Algorithms and their design requirements
