Position: Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project life cycle, ensuring a thorough understanding of client project scopes and delivering within competing demands.
• Manage project activities, establishing governance for issue and change management, and driving the project meeting cadence.
• Collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients, leading daily scrums, weekly PMO sessions, and maintaining open and effective communication.
• Provide leadership and direction, ensuring clarity in roles, accountability, and the successful delivery of project outputs.
• Prepare detailed project plans and provide timely stakeholder updates, addressing any exceptions or concerns proactively.

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of full life-cycle project management experience, preferably in IT or related technical fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate with external customers, and engage with internal stakeholders.
• Adept at technical and business project discussions, with critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and determine actionable solutions.
• Strong issue resolution skills, with the capacity to influence and negotiate effectively across diverse team members and stakeholders.
• An established track record of meeting stringent project deadlines and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Quick learner, able to grasp organizational structures, product offerings, and adept at proactive risk and issue identification.
• Excellent organizational skills, along with superior written and oral communication abilities for client and team interactions.
• Experience with Project Management Tools to efficiently operate within fast-paced timelines.
