Job Responsibilities
- Lead procurement, subcontracting, manufacturing, logistics, and local operations.
- Develop strategic initiatives for optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze data to enhance processes and reduce costs.
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Ensure timely quotation completion and product delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with product design on new developments, overseeing manufacturing and delivery.
- Supervise logistics for efficient, cost-effective product delivery.
- Provide management and guidance to the operations team, setting and monitoring performance targets.
- Conduct training and development activities for team enhancement.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
- Exposure to ERP systems is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management software.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Expertise in procurement strategies, supplier evaluation, and cost-saving techniques.
- Efficient in quoting processes and supply chain coordination for inventory management.
- Strong financial analysis skills for cost-effective procurement.
- Ability to lead and promote team growth and collaboration.
