JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team, who will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aspects of our digital and print marketing materials. The individual will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create compelling designs that communicate Fashol’s mission and services to a diverse audience, including farmers, investors, and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and produce a wide range of materials, including websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, advertising, presentations, and promotional events materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine marketing strategies and implement creative solutions that effectively communicate brand messages.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices in graphic design and visual communications.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, contemporary design skills and a strong sense of typography, layout, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating visual content for diverse platforms, including digital and print media.
• Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to team members.
