Digital Talent MENA is hiring for one of our clients in the telecom industry the role of solutions architect.The Enterprise Solutions Architect Supervisor role is to demonstrate the company's B2B (Business to Business) solutions to the customers and to provide technical consultancy and support for the company's sales and Presales force at customers meetings to discuss, capture and define customer requirements. This role will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrate the company's B2B (Business to Business) solutions to the customers.
  • Provide technical consultancy and support for the company's sales and Presales force at customers meetings to discuss, capture and define customer requirements.
  • Follow up on Enterprise hardware stock to ensure availability of needed hardware during delivery.
  • Manage Hardware Stocks and sock maintenance.
  • Manage site survey process and executions of wireless cases.
  • Creating innovative, unique, and cost-effective solutions for the customers.
  • Ensure that proposed offers includes optimum technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.
  • Write technical requirement specifications and translate these accurately to the Sales, delivery and bid management.
  • Construct and deliver training that ensures that the Sales and PreSales teams understand company's B2B products and solutions.
  • Initiate new products and services to increase the company's business opportunities.
  • Follow up post sales customers status and solution auditing
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customer experience improvement based on customer and business feedback
  • Report monthly the pre-sales progress and development against targets.
  • Study the company's position against its comparator in the market.
  • Ensure the company's deliver the needed solution with the target price to win the opportunities.
  • Handle all B2B non-standard solution BCs.
  • Demos and POC design and demonstration.
  • Partners alliances and partnership development.
  • Understanding customer business, pains and objectives
  • Supporting in customer interactions that need functional and technical knowledge as well as industry practices.
  • Support with qualified customer opportunities and manage customer requirements gathering, by scoping the requirements and designing solution to defined customer budget.
  • Align with the internal technical team to design the most effective solution.
  • Formulate the needed solution technical architecture.
  • Follow up with relevant teams to get customer feedback and speed up deal closure.
  • Manage financial costing of Connectivity solutions based on consolidation of costs of different elements, and partners’ solution components contributing to the service value created.
  • Preparation of the needed presentation and demonstration of information and communication technologies related to proposed solutions/services. • Revalidate solutions of won deals from solution viability and cost
  • Insure all solution elements of won deals is communicated to the delivery for the right implementation to take place
  • Report on all offered solutions and offering SLAs
  • Report on all assigned KPIS to management
  • Manage the offering of Connectivity opportunities
  • Support Large accounts salesman/presales engineers on request
  • Prepare the solutions description and the requirements for implementation.
  • Manage technical solutions planning and implementation.
  • Manage the execution of user acceptancetesting (UAT), provide test scenarios and facilitate problems resolution to launch enterprise solutions, products and services.
  • Work and coordinate with technical teams and partners to realize and deliver the commercial requirements.
  • Participate in production and response to the required solutions RFP/RFIs and assess the technical & commercial suppliers' response and report vendors/suppliers evaluations to the upper management
  • Managing the response to prospects customers clarifications and about products, solutions, and services.
  • Managing the consolidation of Connectivity products, solutions, and services
  • Manage the customer's Connectivity solutions architect to ensure that all concerned technical resources are used efficiently to enhance service performance and increase quality
  • Manage the submission of BOQs and reference costing sheets.
  • Design for quality (time/budget).
  • Ensure the clear definition of the Scope of work for solutions, and services to be provided by the company as part of the proposal. < Partners Management :
  • Identify partners with relevant solutions to enrich the company's Portfolio
  • Build a partners echo-system to support with the company's Enterprise Go To Market
  • Manage partners relationship and agreements
  • Responsible for partners onboarding to be part of the approved providers list < Hardware Budget and Stocks
  • Managing Hardware Budget for both the company and NOL.
  • Managing all B2B Hardware Stocks and the stock maintenance for both the company and NOL.
  • Manage Filling the compliance matrix ensuring compliance score
  • Comply by all bid requirements : Guide and supervise the preparation of communication collaterals (documents, presentations etc.).
