As the Junior Executive Human Resources you will be assisting the Head of the Department for the smooth operation of the company's human resources department.
This involves functions such as, supporting to finalize Worker level payroll in Head Office and Retail Outlets (Crocodile, SWX, Emerald ) assisting in other HR functions such as strategic staffing plans, training and development etc.
Assistance to maintain best practices along with ensuring a conducive work environment are main functions of the roll.
Responsibilities
- As the Junior Executive Human Resources you will be assisting the Head of the Department for the smooth operation of the company's human resources department.
- This involves functions such as, supporting to finalize Worker level payroll in Head Office and Retail Outlets (Crocodile, SWX, Emerald ) assisting in other HR functions such as strategic staffing plans, training and development etc.
- Assistance to maintain best practices along with ensuring a conducive work environment are main functions of the roll.
Tasks & Activities
Involve in Recruitment and Retention of competent and talented personnel.
- Responsible for preparing, updating and maintaining personal files of worker category of Head office and Retail outlets.
- Conduct the induction and orientation program to worker category of the Head Office.
- Prepare and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, salary revision letters, designation change letters etc. of worker level of Head Office and Retail.
- Send Probation Evaluation forms of worker category of Head Office through e mail to respective department Heads one month before the confirmation date and Retail.
- Prepare and issue resignation acceptance letters, fill the exist interview form and clearance form and clearance form of worker category.
B.Involve in identify training and development requirement in liaison with heads of departments and ensure fulfillment.
- Assist HOD in identifying training and development related matters and ensure that Post Training Evaluation Forms are collected, analyzed and maintained.
C.Assisting HOD in ensuring compliance to laws and regulations, accurate and timely support to finalize Worker level payroll and statutory payments(Head office and Retail).
- Create Worker level Monthly Salary reports of the Retail Outlets.
- Enter details related to salaries such as, bank details, salary adjustments, designation changes, activation of new comers, inactivation of resignations, salary hold, staff loan and etc. in the payroll of retail outlets.
- Prepare and issue salary confirmation letters of worker category of Head Office and Retail as requested.
- Attend to EPF/ETF claims of worker category of the Head office and Retail.
- Responsible for issuing and collecting ABH forms of all categories (Head and Retail) and send to labor department for registration and maintain records.
- Maintain all unclaimed salary, bonuses, leave balances and other HR related cash payments and return them to Finance department within a month or the defined period. (All categories of Retail)
D.Assisting HOD to install a high performance work culture through employee happiness and other HR activities.
- Propose HR initiative and engage in HR activities.
- Organize welfare events and staff farewell etc
- Assist HOD to conduct the performance of the worker level in Head office and Retail outlets.
- Issue and collect performance appraisal forms of the worker category.
- Be at the reception as and when required.
- To take up additional tasks as required meeting the company’s needs such as Business cards printing and ID cards etc.
