Digital Talent MENA is looking for an ERP Development Manager, he/she will be responsible for managing the ERP development activities for Oracle E-Business Suite solutions including Financial management, Supply chain Management and Human Resource Management applications which help and support in fulfilling the business requirements and hence achieving concerned epartment business objectives and operational excellence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage all Company Financial requirements & development to secure proper revenue booking, assets management.
  • Manage the development activities for Oracle ERP Customizations, integration, Interfaces, Data Migration, Reports, workflows, Output Documents and unit test.
  • Provide detailed task planning, effort estimation and progress tracking to the project and program managers for all ERP development related activities and ensure the development team will deliver as per the project plans.
  • Direct the ERP developers ensuring the prescribed development best practice processes are followed, and all deliverables are completed to the required (high) quality.
  • Work with functional track leaders (Fin, SCM and HCM) to ensure the technical solution are fit for purpose.
  • Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building
  • Actively participate in risk management and change management on projects.
  • Set the development team objectives in light of the IT section, department and company objectives.
  • Manage the development team daily operations and ensure the deliverables of the teams are aligned with the section objectives and goals.
  • Provide the suitable coaching style for all team members based on the situations and motivate the team toward achieving the objectives and the area targets.
  • Develop the team members’ competencies and skills and ensure their personal development plan execution.
  • Set a regular meeting with all related stakeholders to clear issues/conflicts and ensure that the service provided up to customer expectations
  • Adhere to the IT policies and procedures during the projects, and change life cycle to ensure full compliance of all application services with Etisalat-Misr standards & procedures.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Knowledge:

  • Oracle E-Business Suite development methodology and tools.
  • Oracle E-Business Suite ERP business cycles like procure to pay, order to cash, hire to retire, …
  • Oracle Integration tools and techniques like API and Web Services

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer science, accounting, or IT related degree.

Prior Work Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ Experience in developing and supporting Oracle EBS technical solutions.
  • Prior supervisory experience is required
  • Problem Solving: Technical problems Planning Ahead:
  • Skill development and knowledge transfer for the team yearly
  • Development projects plan that will achieve the section/department objectives yearly Innovation:Encourage the team to develop new ideas/solutions to enhance the team deliverables and achieve the operational excellence

Technical Skills:

  • Oracle SQL, PLSQL
  • Extend and customize Oracle FORMS, REPORTS
  • Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
  • Oracle Approval Management Engine (AME).
  • Oracle BI XML Publisher
  • Oracle Alert
  • EBS Customizations and Personalization.
  • EBS Workflow, Interfaces, Integration and Migration.
  • Integrations Using XML, CSV, DB, Web services EBS open interface and API User hocks.
