The intern will support our business development initiatives, helping to identify and create new opportunities for growth. Join the team as “Business Development- Intern” and be a driving force in creating a more streamlined, accessible, and equitable agriculture supply chain.

Location: Fashol Headquarter, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka.

Work Week: Saturday - Thursday (10AM - 6PM)

Internship Duration: 4 months

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct research to identify trends, new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and referrals.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to target and engage prospective clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings and follow-up communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Monitor the progress of leads and opportunities.
  • Implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite and relevant tools.
  • Inquisitive mindset for market research and trend analysis.
