Location: Fashol Headquarter, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka.
Work Week: Saturday - Thursday (10AM - 6PM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research to identify trends, new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and referrals.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to target and engage prospective clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings and follow-up communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Monitor the progress of leads and opportunities.
- Implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong communication and Negotiation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite and relevant tools.
- Inquisitive mindset for market research and trend analysis.
