🔧 Your Role:

• Demonstrate proficiency in efficient, reusable code that aligns with established industry standards and best practices in software development, encompassing coding, documentation, and maintenance procedures.
• Actively engage in peer reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of code quality and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date on the advancements in front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Meet or exceed minimum productivity standards, consistently delivering high-quality work within defined timelines.
• Expertise in making key architectural decisions and developing scalable front-end architectures.
• Leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across different departments.
• Mentoring and developing junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in frameworks like React, VueJS, Angular, and similar.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience in integrating complex APIs into front-end applications.
• Experience with integrating real-time technologies such as Firebase and Socket.IO for real-time data synchronization and communication.
• Familiarity with front-end engineering concepts such as State Management and Component-based design.
• Ability to develop performant, reusable, and maintainable UI components.
• Understanding of Git best practices to facilitate efficient project collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills facilitating seamless collaboration and teamwork.
• Thrives in team-oriented environments, contributing a fresh mindset to enhance project outcomes.
• Excels in fast-paced environments, embracing the speed of innovation.
