Sales Head (Colombo, Sri Lanka)

One of our prestigious clients, currently looking for a dynamic and creative Sales Head to join their team in Sri Lanka.

#SALARY: Negotiable

#RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve annual sales targets.
  • Manage stock inventory as per company norms.
  • Train and coach direct and indirect reportees (DSRs).
  • Analyze and review monthly performance.
  • Manage direct (business partners, OEMs, IMPAL, Fleet) and indirect (sub-distributors, retailers, workshops) business networks.
  • Improve product mix, focusing on 2-wheeler and passenger car segments.
  • Promote Motul passenger car products (engine oils, transmission, gear oil).
  • Ensure effective working capital management.
  • Lead key mechanic visits and demand generation activities.
  • Increase market share for Motul in the region.

#REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Age above 40
