#SALARY: Salary 60k-80k depending on the experience

#RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Motivate and manage the team to increase sales.
• Serve customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain store condition and visual standards.
• Recommend products to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate customer orders with the factory.
• Build relationships with customers and team members.
• Address customer complaints and comments.

#REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven retail experience.
• Basic sales principles and customer service knowledge.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
