For Agriculture segment

Sales & Marketing experience with Agriculture/ Science background.

Experience of the Agricultural fertilizer and pesticide industry are preferable.

Must have strong sales and collection skills.

Excellent negotiation, customer engagement and closure skills with basic field promotion knowledge.

Agricultural crop production and maintenance experience is an added advantage.

8-10 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural fertilizer industry.

5-10 years of crop nutrients, pest & disease management skills are the key preferred skills.

Self-initiative, aggressive, experience in conducting field trials at end user level, floating effective revenue

generating schemes and proactive actions on competition are value added inputs

 Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.

Must have to handle local Agriculture fertilizer business related responsibilities
