Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Career Coach to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding our students through their learning journey, ensuring they achieve their full potential. You will conduct weekly meetings, track student progress, and provide insightful feedback. Additionally, you will research the Web3 job market, evaluate products, and explore open-source projects to keep our curriculum and resources up-to-date. Adherence to specific guidelines will be essential to ensure consistency and quality in coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Weekly Student Meetings:
   • Conduct 30-minute weekly meetings with each student enrolled in the Jobcamp.
   • Present relevant content during each call, ensuring the material is engaging and informative.
   • Direct students to the Learning Management System (LMS) for additional content and actionable items.

• Student Progression:
  • Hold accountability for each student’s progression within the LMS.
  • Monitor and report on students’ progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing necessary support.
• Market Research:
  • Research the current hiring landscape and job market trends in the Web3 space.
  • Provide insights and updates to the team to ensure our program aligns with industry demands.
• Product Evaluation:
  • Request demos from the product teams of new tools and evaluate resources.
  • Compare and assess the overall validity of different strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Open-Source Projects:
  • Research and explore open-source projects within the Web3 domain.
  • Identify valuable resources and opportunities for students to contribute and learn.

Qualifications:

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or a similar role, preferably within an educational or training environment.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 space, including current job market trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to track and analyze student progress, providing actionable feedback.
• Proactive and research-oriented mindset.
