Digital Talent MENA is looking for a Senior System Analyst for one of our Clients.

Our Client is a global business transformation company specializing in intelligent automation in the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, and Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to proactively work and coordinate with business representatives, Project managers, business analysts, Technical Leads, developers & testers to ensure that user requirements have been properly understood, validated, documented, communicated, and implemented.
• Ability to meet & lead in client meetings, conduct presentations, understand & gather AS-IS business and be able to do solution modeling for future process models, and take client acceptance on business deliverables.
• Should have good exposure to the various phases of the SDLC including requirement gathering, requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing and deployment in a corporate environment.
• ·Ability to prepare the software requirement specifications (SRS), use-case modeling, use-case specifications, UML diagrams, process flow diagrams, data modeling, and screen mockups/wireframes.
• Ability to perform functional and technical gap analysis between present and proposed systems and prepare detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for implementation.
•  Serves as a link between business and IT to provide technical and business solutions that meet user and business needs.
• Collects business requirements using interviews, document reviews, site visits, business process descriptions and workflows.
•  Closely interact the with development team to ensure that requirements are fully understood and implemented accordingly.
•  Use functional demos of the implemented software to identify the gap between the SRS and the implemented software.
• Ability to coordinate with the QA to ensure requirements & logical solutions is properly understood.
• Work with the UI/UX team to ensure user experience is considered during the implementation using wireframes & mockups.
• Prior experience of the design & development of solutions is an added advantage.
• Ability to train the customer (plus) to prepare the system training materials and conduct the customer training sessions.
• Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology or relevant technical field with rich hands-on experience in software engineering. Relevant Certifications is added value
• Experience of 6 to 8 Years for Senior Level”
• Data modeling, ERD
• Screen mockups using a tool
• Visual modelling using MS Visio or similar tool (UML, DFD)
•  Use case Description Model , System Interfaces Models
•  Specify and analyze the NFR(Security , Usability , Performance
• Business Process Design
• BPMN 2.0 (plus)
• ALM(application lifecycle Management), WIKI/Confluence, JIRA (Plus)
• Agile, Scrum in a corporate IT environment
•  Microservices knowledge is a plus
• Professional certificate (CBAP) is a plus
