We specialize in Custom Software, e-commerce, and Website Designing, and we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s business development by identifying new opportunities, strategizing market penetration efforts, and driving the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to tap into new markets and increase market share.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for expansion.
• Foster relationships with potential partners, clients, and industry leaders to build business opportunities.
• Oversee cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment with growth initiatives.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of strategies, adapting plans as necessary to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Effective communication with clients & development team to meet desired targets
• Analyze the customer database & convert the potential target accounts to an active pool
• Conduct negotiations and close deals to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role focused on growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for recognizing opportunities for expansion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for persuasive presentations and networking.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales funnels, and lead generation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and SEO is desirable.
