Our prestigious client, a Swedish Technology Solutions Company who are into Vehicle Systems Applications are looking for a highly skilled and motivated "Product Business Analyst" to join their team immediately.

#SALARY: Rs. 250K (Take Home)

#JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand, elicit their requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the product lifecycle.
• Designing new software solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
• Maintaining documents related to product details, business logics, processes, operations and other user documentation.
• Creating functional requirements in use cases, coordinating requirements and validating with stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
• Improving systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
• Act as the bridge between the customer/ product owner and the technical team while facilitating collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
• Contributing to the overall success of the team and company by maintaining and upgrading personal and professional technical knowledge.

#REQUIRMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration or Business Management.
• 4+ years of industry experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects and communicate with product owners effectively.
• Follow up on the projects and ensure their completion as per the agreed timelines.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills (Good PR skills).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
• Basic knowledge in SQL is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience working on Agile projects would be an added advantage.
