Digital Talent MENA is hiring the role of Digital Transformation Manager for one of our Clients.

Our client is one of the leading international developers specializing in vibrant, integrated communities in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.

Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Role

• Support continuous execution of the current IT strategy and contribute to the future strategy.

• Formalize Business requirements into digital functional requirements.

• Lead the technical arm of new projects.

• Identify Digital Transformation needs and opportunities.

• Leverage existing Digital assets to address common needs.

• Present the benefits of new technologies and assets to different internal customer stakeholders.

•Become embedded in one or more destinations.

B.Tactical Role

• Significant expertise in Enterprise systems and their integration.

• Identify business value from the different data repositories.

• Lead and manage the adoption of new systems/digital assets

• Continuously analyze current processes and technologies to identify areas of improvement.

• Ensure that all the data, network access and systems remain secure and protected in the new initiatives.

• Help support the development of business cases for new projects

• Act as an internal digital consultant and bring in internal or external resources to address issues

• Assess products and services in the marketplace to help the Digital Transformation initiatives.

• Experience managing multi-functional teams.

Requirements :

• A minimum of a BA or BS degree in related fields (a postgraduate degree is a plus).

• Professional certifications in relevant skill sets.

• Significant experience in multinational companies (experience in real estate is a plus).

• Demonstrated strategic planning & thinking capabilities.

• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

• Strong ability to communicate with all levels inside and outside the organization.

• Executive communication experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.

• Willingness to travel domestically

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• References of previous experience in a similar role.
