Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights that drive business decisions.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models to improve accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct experiments and research to explore new AI techniques and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on AI-related projects.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI models.
• Knowledge of big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or related roles.
• Experience with AI/ML model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
• Industry certifications in AI/ML or related fields are a plus.
