We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Procurement Executive to join our team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

🔧 Your Role:

• Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to meet company needs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure favourable deals.
• Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including supplier information and order histories.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their material and service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management.

🎓 Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in procurement or a related role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
