# JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design Development: Create design concepts and produce contract documents based on client requirements.
• Client Meetings: Meet with clients to understand and program project requirements.
• Measurements: Take accurate as-built measurements to develop floor plans and elevations.
• Presentation: Develop design concepts and digital presentations, including finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
• Project Coordination: Manage the logistics and coordination of product deliveries and installation while maintaining project budgets and documentation.
• Client Support: Provide follow-up support and develop productive relationships with customers.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit.
• Skills: Creative eye for design, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication.
• Problem Solving: Proven ability to handle project phases and solve potential issues.
