SALARY: Rs. 150,000

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate the team effectively.
• Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil are vital for effective collaboration, negotiation, and presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a positive work environment is essential.
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and market needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• A bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
• A master degree or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience preferably in a similar industry or field is preferred.
• Experience in leading teams, overseeing operations, and achieving targets is valuable.
• Familiarity with the specific industry, market trends, and competitors is beneficial for making informed decisions and driving success.
• Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and technologies related to the job is required.
• Candidates with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets, implementing strategies, and achieving business growth are advantageous.
• Strong networking abilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals can be advantageous.
