Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring maximum results for client goals.
- Create detailed reports highlighting campaign performance, ROI, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and other key metrics, providing clients with clear insights into their ad spend.
- Manage client relationships, keeping them informed with regular performance updates, data-driven recommendations, and strategic plans for campaign improvement.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from strategy development and ad creation to ongoing optimization and performance analysis.
- Conduct thorough campaign audits and create strategic roadmaps to optimize effectiveness and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement conversion tracking and analyze key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.) to ensure campaigns deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to clients aimed at optimizing performance and maximizing return on investment.
- Craft compelling ad copy aligned with brand messaging to drive higher engagement and conversions across all ad platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, content, and web development, to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices across all advertising platforms—Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more—continuously applying this knowledge to improve campaign outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPC and social media advertising, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads across diverse industries and geographies.
- Exceptional analytical skills—experience with creating clear, actionable reports showcasing metrics like ROI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Expertise with Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and various tracking platforms for accurate performance measurement and reporting.
- Strong experience in conversion optimization, and ability to make data-backed decisions for campaign improvements.
- Proven communication and relationship-building skills, capable of leading client conversations with confidence and clarity.
- Experience working with Australian, US, and/or international markets is a plus.
- Passionate about staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and committed to continuous learning.
- Highly organized, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
