Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations and educational goals, through leads from social media and other channels.
• Offer tailored guidance on courses, pathways, universities, countries, and scholarships, ensuring each student receives exceptional support.
• Manage the end-to-end application process, from application preparation and submission to document verification, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with external representatives, partners, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, deliverables, and seamless progression through all stages of the process.
• Coach students for admissions interviews (CAS, COE etc.), visa interviews and other necessary assessments.
• Manage the visa application process, including document review, application completion and submission, and preparing students for each step.
• Assist students with pre-departure preparation, providing them with resources and insights for a smooth transition to their new study destination.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency across the process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-standard, globally recognized counseling environment, with experience in countries such as the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or the USA preferred.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is essential.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of email, communication tools, online portals, and other software applications, is essential.
• Proven organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Empathetic and dedicated to delivering outstanding service, with a true commitment to supporting students.
• Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues, providing support and contributing to a positive work environment, while continuously learning from shared experiences.
• Familiarity with global standards and experience in working with international institutions and visa processes.

While a bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous, we highly value relevant experience and demonstrated counseling expertise from top companies.
