Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Student Engagement: Support in engaging with prospective students to understand their career goals and educational aspirations, sourced from social media and other channels, while building skills in effective communication.
• Support Counseling Process: Help provide tailored guidance on course options, pathways, universities, countries, and scholarships, learning how to deliver personalized support to each student.
• Application Process Assistance: Contribute to the end-to-end application process, including application preparation, document review, and submission, ensuring accuracy and gaining experience in managing each step.
• Assist in communicating and coordinating with external representatives, partners, and relevant stakeholders to support timely approvals, deliverables, and smooth progression through all stages of the process.
• Prepare for Interviews and Assessments: Aid in preparing students for admissions and visa interviews (CAS, COE, etc.), while developing coaching skills.
• Visa Application Support: Assist students through the visa application process, including document checks, application assistance, and understanding each step, to develop a comprehensive understanding of visa requirements.
• Documentation and Communication: Ensure accurate and organized documentation, supporting clear communication with both students and stakeholders and learning the importance of consistent records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Enthusiasm for Learning and dedication to growing within the field of student counseling.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Computer Skills is essential.
• Organizational Skills with attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple cases under guidance.
• Teamworking Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, helping and supporting them while actively learning from their experience.
• Empathetic and Service-Oriented with a genuine interest in supporting students and contributing to a positive counseling experience.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a related field is advantageous, but a genuine passion for student counseling and a strong commitment to learning and growth are what matter most.
