Key Responsibilities:

• Support to create, design, and publish visually engaging content including short videos, interviews, podcasts, and graphics on a daily or weekly basis, ensuring brand voice consistency across all channels and driving audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, engagement, and audience feedback, assisting with data-driven adjustments to content strategies.
• Engage with our online community by supporting responses to comments and user-generated content.
• Help maintain a content calendar that aligns with company goals and seasonal trends, collaborating with team members to plan upcoming content.

Qualifications:

• A passion for social media and digital content creation, with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
• Basic experience or familiarity with design and video editing tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• An understanding of major social media platforms and a willingness to stay updated on trends.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
