PromoLanka Marketing is looking for a well-organized and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Culinary Lab. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors, ensuring that all administrative tasks are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors to the Culinary Lab and direct them to the appropriate personnel or section.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings for customer visits to the Culinary Lab.
- Maintain the front desk and common areas, keeping them clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and coordinating with the Customer Service Executive to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage any incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is required; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
