KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Job Profile

  • Manage and grow key accounts by executing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact. Collaborate with project, technical, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage account performance, ensuring high service completion rates and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor service completion rates and proactively address issues
  • Oversee cash flow related to key account activities and follow up on payments

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, sales, or business development.
  • Knowledge of the F&B industry and kitchen equipment design is a distinct advantage.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing key account portfolios, and driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, production processes, and risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and relevant software. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License

KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Profile

  • Assist the KAM in managing and nurturing key client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth within key accounts.
  • Track service completion rates and proactively address any client concerns to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage account activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-up.
  • Manage cash flow and follow up on outstanding payments for key accounts.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in business development.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM software.
  • Strong communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of the F&B industry, including kitchen equipment and design.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
  • Valid Driver’s License
