We are a UK Based Health & Social Care Company This role is based in Colombo. Hours are UK Hours 10am to 6pm British Standard Time.

You must have previous experience in Hiring Health & Social Care Staff from the UK (Support Workers, Non-PIN Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychology … etc) – we do not hire Clinicians (Doctors, Surgeons or Nurses)
Working with a Director of the Company, we are building an in-house recruitment department based out of Sri Lanka
We only recruit for ourselves, NO Sales Calls. Currently we have 50+ vacancies in one geographic location in UK. We expect to hire 100+ staff over the next 12 months on a part and full-time basis.
Role & responsibilities
Maintaining a detailed record of the companies employees. Administering all the hiring processes of new employees Administering all appraisals of staff Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies. Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones. Overseeing the employee's termination process. Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation. Maintaining and recording employee attendance. Adhering to all the companies rules and regulations.
Must Have:
Full End-to-End hiring experience Social Media Knowledge (ability to attract new candidates) UK Hiring Experience Able to network and keep candidates interested in upcoming vacancies Excellent command of English Able to conduct initial telephone interviews (training will be provided) Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple positions Create innovative sourcing strategies and engagement
