1. SALES ADMINISTRATION EXECTUIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to and ensure the application of sales administration policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales, finance, and supply chain teams to maintain clear communication and coordination.
- Execute tasks such as generating customer quotations, processing orders, and overseeing delivery schedules with precision.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions and order details.
- Support the implementation of sales tools and contribute to productivity enhancement and data management efforts.
- Assist in data analysis, report preparation, and providing insights to drive sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards related to sales administration activities.
- Contribute to team discussions, share innovative ideas for process improvements, and foster a supportive work environment.
- Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers, promoting a customer-centric approach.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales administrative role would be advantageous.
- Prior experience in working with an ERP system would be advantageous.
- Ability to work in the standard MS Office packages and smart sheets.
- Ability to communicate in English - both written and spoken would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including data analysis and budget management tools.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Time management, prioritization, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
2. SALES ADMINISTRATION EXECTUIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and the project team.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling project meetings,
- preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate.
- Support in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project related documents.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure efficient project operations.
Profile
- Following a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Previous internship or experience in an administrative or project support role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with document management or data entry tasks to ensure proper handling of project documentation.
- Ability to interact with different teams, senior staff, and clients collaboratively and positively.
