Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Preparation:Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external services. Clean, preprocess, and structure data to ensure quality and accuracy. Automate data collection and cleaning processes to streamline workflows.
• Data Analysis and Modeling:Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights. Develop and implement machine learning models to support business objectives. Communicate analytical findings and model insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
• AI and Machine Learning Implementation:Develop and train machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn). Experiment with AI techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision as needed. Fine-tune models for improved performance and scalability in production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and apply AI-driven solutions to real-world problems.
• Pipeline Development:Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines for efficient data processing and transformation. Monitor and maintain data pipelines, optimizing for performance and reliability. Integrate pipelines and machine learning models into production environments with engineering teams.
• Collaboration and Communication:Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and data needs. Document processes, models, and analyses for reference and team knowledge sharing. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights and model outputs.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation:Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI, data science, and pipeline technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to data infrastructure, AI models, and processes to increase efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, AI/machine learning, pipeline development, and Python programming.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Python libraries for data science, AI, and pipeline development (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, PySpark, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts, with experience deploying models in production environments.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Apache Airflow or Luigi.
• Knowledge of deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Understanding of model deployment and MLOps practices.
