Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual GP targets for key B2B and MT accounts.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for all modern trade clients.
  • Manage the product portfolio across all modern trade outlets.
  • Lead planning for sales initiatives, including annual stock volumes and expenditure forecasts.
  • Create and maintain S&OP monthly rolling forecasts for MT/B2B segments.
  • Establish and maintain strong trade relationships to enhance business through effective public relations.
  • Negotiate sales and trade agreements (TOT) with key decision-makers in the MT sector.
  • Ensure trade debt management is in line with agreed credit terms.

Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in MT and B2B channel development and sales management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting tools and S&OP processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills and strong analytical skills
  • Valid Driver's License.
