JOB PROFILE
- Coordinate client requirements to ensure timely delivery and maintain high service standards.
- Engage with international suppliers for spare part costing, technical assistance, and other engineering-related tasks.
- Work with the Supply Chain Department for local deliveries, monitor stock through smart sheets, and conduct random stock takes.
- Collaborate with the project team for budgeting, installation, and commissioning of new projects.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, project reports, and client presentations, including drafting contracts for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the engineering department’s annual budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards for a secure working environment
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role, focusing on engineering operations, procurement, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, engineering specifications, and installation/commissioning processes.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Experience in managing annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and handling warranty-related inquiries.
- Preferably in commercial kitchen and laundry environments.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
