JOB PROFILE
- Assist the Project Manager with project documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and report any discrepancies, delays, or risks to keep the project on schedule.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and timelines.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are ready for final inspection.
- Support the sales team with forecasting, sales data tracking, and order execution.
- Analyze sales and project data to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with project administration processes through regular audits and documentation reviews.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a project-based role with exposure to project administration and coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience in budgeting, tendering, and costing.
- Strong communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of layouts and drawings will be a plus.
- Exposure to commercial kitchen and laundry equipment or experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights into project progress, sales trends, and operational needs.
