One of our prestigious clients who is into Energy, MEP, & Facility Management in Qatar is looking for experienced "Facility Management Supervisors" - ELV to join them immediately.

SALARY: QAR 4000 (Rs. Avg. 347,000)

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Age below 45.
• Completion of Diploma/ Certification of 3 years’ duration.
• 3 years of GCC experience in the relevant field.
• 7 years of total working experience in the relevant field.
• Coordinates or installs, inspects repairs and maintains the ELV systems and other related systems in all project locations.
• Coordinates or inspects, operates and maintains the systems.
• Coordinates renovations of existing facilities.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations (Like: QCDD, QCS, NFPA, MOI-SSD).
• Should have a thorough knowledge of ELV systems from the 1st fix to 3rd fix (CCTV, alarm systems, ACS, PA, BGM, AV, BMS etc,.).
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Should have Basic Proficiency in English-Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Must be organized and punctual.
• Well-presented and professional.
