Candidate Profile
· A degree or an equivalent qualification (CIM/SLIM) in Sales & Marketing is a must.
· MBA or a management related post graduated qualification for the position of Manager.
· A minimum of 05 years’ experience for the position of Manager, 02 years’ experience for the position of Executive.
· Having previous experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
· Strong inter-personal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command in English and Sinhala. Tamil and other languages would be an added advantage.
· Knowledge and experience working in ERP or CRM.
· Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management and task prioritization skills.
· Well-developed computer literacy skills in MS office.
· A valid driving license (car/ bike) is a must.
Job Responsibilities
· Reach and exceed monthly sales target by:
Regularly following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
Pitching clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company’s products
Generating referral business by mining existing clientele
Handling existing dealer points and developing dealer points.
· Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till the completion of project.
· Respond to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details.
· Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone.
· Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners, and clients.
· Research and analyze new sales trends, new products in the other specialized window film sectors and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
· Conduct site inspections and overlook installations undertaken by the company.
