1705 Studio is an Aussie design studio with a remote team in Sri Lanka. We help B2B startups build brands, apps, and websites.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll create logos, branding materials, elements for websites, marketing collaterals such as brochures, business cards, and letterheads that align with each company's brand identity.
  • You'll design engaging social media posts, considering platform-specific best practices and audience preferences.
  • You'll work closely with our digital marketing team and other stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and translate these into visually engaging posts.
  • You'll incorporate feedback into your designs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
  • You'll ensure your designs are of the highest quality and detail, reflecting professionalism and simplicity.
  • You'll manage multiple design projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and time management skills.

What you should have

  • 2+ years of experience working at a creative agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • An excellent understanding of branding, able to interpret and work within brand guidelines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring every post is polished and professional.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in creating animations and motion graphics for social media is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other video editing software.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
