Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition? We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Executive with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition to join one of leading retail chain in the island. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our clients workforce and driving their company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing.
  • Develop and execute creative and engaging employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the job market.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for candidate assessment and selection.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve talent acquisition processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful candidate placements and managing diverse recruitment assignments.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
