One of our prestigious clients, a leading freight forwarding company, is looking for experienced "Credit Officers" to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer credit profiles.
• Monitor outstanding balances and initiate timely follow-up with team members.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Develop strategies to reduce credit risk and enhance collection efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports on credit and collection activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in finance.
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in the finance or credit fields.
• Experience managing credit operations (credit control, debt collection, collection processing, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software
• Detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong knowledge of credit and financial analysis.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
