We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to communicating with clients and making offers to candidates. You will work closely with the team to identify qualified candidates, conduct initial screening interviews, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and provide support in other areas of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
• Assist in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct research to identify potential candidates and build a talent pipeline
• Assist with conducting reference checks and background screenings as needed
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruiter
• Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Developed Linkedin profile is an advantage
