Job Overview

• We are looking for someone with strong creativity skills and creative mind that will work with one of our clients. The successful applicant will also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design. The working hours will be based on Gulf Standard Time.

Responsibilities

• 📝Design Creativity: generate innovative and visually compelling design concepts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, digital ads, social media graphics and logos.
• 📝Account Manager Collaboration: work closely with account managers to understand what the brand and communication needs, ensuring that design solutions align with their goals and objectives.
• 📝Visual Identity: maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence in all design assets across different media.
• 📝Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to create and manipulate graphics, images, and layouts.
• 📝Deadline Adherence: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
• 📝Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve design work.
• 📝Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of your work.

Qualifications

• 🔑2-4 years experience
• 🔑Proven success in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
• 🔑Kknowledge of Social Media advertising principles and best practices.
• 🔑Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• 🔑Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 🔑Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
