Your Role:

• Analyze new data sources and collection methods to ensure they’re accurate and effective.
• Design models and algorithms to find useful patterns and unlock the full value of our data.
• Work with different teams to apply data models to real-world problems.
• Create tools and processes to track how well models are working and ensure data accuracy.
• Turn complex data into clear reports and visuals to help guide business decisions.
• Identify trends, spot opportunities, and suggest innovative solutions based on data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and interpreting data models.
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A curious mindset and a passion for using data to drive impact.

Your Profile:

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building statistical and machine learning models.
• Ability to mentor and support junior data scientists is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar data-focused languages.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar database technologies.
• Experience with ETL tools and workflows to streamline and automate data processes.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience working with time series data is highly valued.
• Creative ideas for improving and innovating visual data workflows are welcome.
