Responsibilities:

  1. Technology Strategy and Vision:Develop and communicate the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Identify emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. Drive innovation and technological advancements within the company.

  2. Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and guidance to the organization, including the executive team, engineering teams, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions. Champion the adoption of best practices, standards, and methodologies in technology development and operations.

  3. Technology Operations and Infrastructure:Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, systems, and applications. Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of technology platforms. Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

  4. Research and Development:Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for technological innovation and improvement. Lead or support research and development efforts to create new products, features, or services.

  5. Team Management:Build and lead a high-performing technology team, including hiring, mentoring, and professional development. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technology organization. Provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure effective resource allocation.

  6. Security and Risk Management:Develop and implement strategies to protect the company's technology assets, data, and intellectual property. Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and practices. Mitigate technology-related risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or business-related degree can be a plus.
  • Extensive experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or domain.
  • Strong technical background and expertise in relevant technologies and platforms.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Experience in managing technology operations and infrastructure at scale.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
