Digital Talent Mena is hiring for one of our clients the role of Service Director.

Our Client is one of the leading software companies in the financial sector in the MENA region.

Main Objective:

Responsible for the oversight, technical & management leadership, and growth of a portfolio of projects Service Delivery Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structuring and organizing the Service Delivery teams to ensure the delivery of all contracts and projects in high quality and in an efficient, and timely manner.
• Providing technical and administrative direction for project acquisition, development, and growth.
• Organizing the technical and presales team to ensure successful bids are submitted to available opportunities.
• Monitoring the progress of the service contracts and follow up on the activities within the service contracts to ensure successful delivery.
• Creating, implementing, refining, and executing policy, procedure, system monitoring, and controls for consistent service delivery.
• Monitoring the invoicing for projects and notifying Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
• Managing the relationship with the suppliers and key subcontractors to ensure that the required deliverables are as expected
• Allocating resources to projects, and following up on projects to ensure that all agreements are achieved on time.
• Working with technical managers to ensure that the proper skills are available and ready for mobility before the start of projects.
• Managing the relationship with clients and ensuring proper communication is maintained.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of business management or any realted field.
• PMP is a plus - Preferred MBA - Master’s.
• 20+ years of experience.
