We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers / Head of Sales to lead our clients sales team.

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the overall success of our clients sales team.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members for skill development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed business decisions.
