Position: Accountant / Finance Manager / Head of Fianance & CFO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our clients team as the finance professionals.

In this key leadership role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting, and analysis to drive the financial success of our clients organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
3. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
4. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
5. Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, legal requirements, and financial regulations.
7. Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams to achieve departmental goals.
8. Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CIMA or CA)
2. Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and leadership roles.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
